can the affidavit from my mother be in english?

our native is in andra pradesh and my mom has taken appointement in kannada(mother tounge)....she can understand little english.....
1> can the affidavit given by her be in english?? eventhough she has taken appointement in kannada?
2> and can this affidavit document be notirized in bangalore as my sister will be helping her out for the interview preperations and i will be posting all the documents to my sister......The property documents are notirised in my native(Andhra pradesh)

yes, it can, (same thing with my MIL)2> and can this affidavit document be notirized This affidavit does not require notary, your mother sign is enough.
