Hi

For the Question 20
Are u currently employed or studying. I have Checked no. and the Name and address of current employer automatically became NA.
But when i am trying to take the printout radio buttons yes and no are not printing .......it is printed as

20.Name and Address of present employer or school.....Blank under name and address.....

what shd i do

and for Q 16
i am not able to write NA for Buisness ph no and fax number .....is it ok to leave blank

Fill it by hand after taking print out.
