No pension papers/book for father in law--URGENT help needed.

Hi,
We have applied for a vistiors visa for my father -in-law.He retired 3 years ago.But there was a case on a couple of people in his department.So he had no pension .Now the case has been resolved in his favour .But the pension has still not started .What do we do regd papers.What is the best way to handle this.
Please help asap.

I just have a couple questions
1.Does this reduce their chances of getting teh visa.
2.Also my Mother in law also retired and gets pension.Can we show that pension amount and income from my brother in law who is also working as the main support for them?
