Property Accessment for Visitor Visa

I am preparing documentation for my parents for a Visitor’s Visa appointment in November.

I would like to know if a property assessment from a Chartered Accountant (CA) is compulsory.

My parents are going to provide an Affidavit stating his financial position and also a affidavit showing strong ties with India. Should these be enough or it’s REQUIRED to have a property assessment from a Chartered Accountant (CA).

The Following are the finances we are planning to show:
1. Properties
2. Bank Balance
3. Pension of my Father
4. Shares

Please advice about this.
