Interview in non English language

I am planning to get visa for my parents
My father can speak english but my mother can't
I have heard the Interviewer asks question to both the parents
In that case shoud I take interview in Hindi which is well know language to both of them or take English as my father can speak.

Also is it mandatory to purchase Insurance even before appering for interview. Do the interviewer ask this document?

Although my father can speak english, I think he may fumble and may not understand American asscent. So do you suggest to take Hindi Appointment or English is always better. I have seen in your website that you have posted to avoid Transltor as mush as possible.

Also they have been married since 34 years and they do not have a marrige certificate of there own. Is this doc a mandatory?
