Dad retired

Hi,

my mom is appearing for visa next month nov 17th.. my dad has business visa already for 10 yrs.. my mom has been rejected the visa 3 times already and this is the 4th attempt she is making. Last time she had said that my dad was joining her for the trip.. the vo had asked my dads passport and asked when my dad went to US and for wht.. he had come here on a conference, for work related purpose and also visited me(his daughter)

Still my mom dint get the visa..should my mom mention that my dad will accompany her this time ? or should she just say she is coming alone only for 3 months? also my dad is now retired.. he used to work for Bank as a top executive.. if we should mention that to the VO now? what are the documents my dad needs to send it through my mom?? he gets pension and he bought some 10 acres of land , they went back to village from city building ahouse and settled there after retirement.

i also have 2 brothers, but they live 30 kms away from village in the city.

Please advise.. I badly want my mom to come , coz I am pregnant.

How long back was the last attempt?Have you spaced the current interview
reasonably apart from the last one? Reapplying too soon shows desperation
especially the 4th time, and scores negatively.

Obviously, she should not repeat the mistake again.
Let her plan on flying alone; your dad will act as an important tie in India for her to return to.

so will my mom stil have to show the source of my dads income.. wht documents should she present to the VO other than my dads pension.

If they ask her if you are pregnant she will be refused again.

If they ask her who will spend for the trip; let her say she herself will spend the money from their lifetime savings.( she should be able to show 10 lacs or more (to be safe) in all deposits singly or with your dad(savings, FDs).Let her list all investments (including any shares, insurance, mutual funds, propery) on a CA's letter head, show a big figure at the bottom and have the CA verify it. ALso , let her take your dad's evidence of pension.
