I-134 help

In the I-134 form,
what number is to be put for a H1 B which is not stamped...
is it the I94 number or the EAC?

You can put EAC number.

thanks for the prmpt reply.. i have another question though..
i am inviting my parents an my brother who is 21 .
so do i fill in 3 I-134's as shown below

1) Fathers I-134 with moms name as spouse
2) mothers I-134 with fathers name as spouse
3) brothers I-134 with no spouse ( since hes unmarried)
