  • Parents on B2 Like to visit Canada

    Hi,

My parents are here on B2 visa. They have 10 years multiple entry visa and is visiting US for the second time in the last 5 years.

Now this time, their I-94 expires on Dec 12th. But they would like to leave to Canada to viist my brother who lives there and are planning to gos to India from there.

Is it okay for them to go Canada in December, then Stay there for a month or two and then to leave to India even though their I-94 expires in Dec?

    Please let me know

Yes. Where is the problem here? They should leave US before dec 12 and then take a flight to India
    from canada.

      Thanks for your response.

The problem is, they don't take away the I-94 card when they leave to India, so there won't be any record of them leaving US in time as the I-94 is still with myu parenrs.

Secondly could they stays in Canada for a month or two afterr december 12th, if their I-94 expires on Dec 12th. They have multi entry VISA for canada until 2009.
