I-134 do i need duplicate copies

hi there,
i have filled the I-134 for sponsering my mother and already got it notarized.
i have made a bank statement as well.
can u please tell me if i have to make duplicate (i mean two copies of the original or one will be enough) copies of I-134 and bank statement.
