Hi
My M-I-L is a UK citizen. She came to US in Dec 2005 to visit us and she got 6 months on her I-94. I applied to extend her visa in May 2006 for 6 more months and she got approved. She got a new I-94 until Dec 2006. NOW we want to extend her stay again for another 6 months.
Are there any rules/restrictions on how many times you can apply for extention of visitors' visa?
Also, by applying again for an extention, is she going to have 'trouble' next time she tries to enter U.S?
Note: UK Citizens do not need a VISA to enter US, they just get a I-94 at the port of entry.
Thank you
