Need suggestions on preparing the documents

Hi Everyone ,

I'm Inviting my In-law's to USA on visitor visa and i would like to clarify the following questions

1. A personnel Letter of invitation.

On who's behalf should we send this letter, Is it ok if i send the invitation letter on behalf of me addressing Dear Mother in law and Father in law or is it better sending the letter on behalf of my wife addressing Dear Mother and Father.

As per my opinion sending on behalf my wife would be better as she is there daughter but the letter that stats that we will take care of there expeses addressing US consulate would be on behalf of me. So I’m bit confused. please advise

2. My In-law doesn't have much balance’s in there bank but they have property worth more than 75 lacks.

Is it ok if they show only property with out any balance in there bank.

3.I'm currently in PA,USA and i' m in process of relocating to different place and
also changing my current employer.

Is there any problem if i relocate to different place and change my current employer as i will be giving my PA address and the current employer address.

Please let me know, if i need to send the prospective employer details as when my in-laws attends the interview, i will be with my prospective employer .

4. I have only one year Income tax return papers. as i filed for 1 year only.

Do you think this is going to be a negative point.

For question number 3. Should i change the DS-156 form with the New address that i will be relocating too and send the employement verification from the prospective employer.

4. Yes, I filed for 2005.
