I have already took a HDFC receipt for Rs.4800...Now the rate is Rs.4600...Shall i use the same one ?

If you have already paid Rs. 4800, you don't need to do anything now.

For the visa issuance fee, get the demand draft for Rs. 2300 and NOT Rs. 2400.

The rule is that demand draft for any given fee should be correct at the time you pay for it.

I am confused

I paid Rs.4600 on 17th May 2006 as the visa fee (and Rs.281 as service provider's fee)

My interview is on Nov 14th

I already took DD from HDFC Bank for Rs.2400 (visa issuance fee)

Now, I need to change that (2400) and get new DD for Rs.2300 ?

Would you please clarify ?

I couldn't find this in the VFS site but just saw the news in the website of American Consulate - Chennai.
