travelling on B1, while H1B stamped

I just got my H1B stamped from a consultant, but I have to travel on B1 for my present employer (not the consultant). Will my H1B get cancelled at Port of Entry if I travel on B1 with H1B also being valid?

Leter when I resign from my present employment and go on H1 for the consultant, will there be any problems in entering US?

That's no problem. You can travel on B1 even if you have H1 stamped.
