who is best sponsor for visitor visa

my husband came to usa in feb 2006 on h1 and i joined him in april on h4.. now i want to invite my parents to visit us...as its been only 10 months we r not financially sound to show sound balance in bank account......which is better... my husband sponsoring them or they sponsor themselves..... if we have to sonsor, is it fine if we deposit the amt in the bank at once?? ur suggestion is appreciated...

Either way is fine as long as it can be proved that there is enough money to take care of the expenses during the trip.
