Visitor Visa: Strange sutiation: Pl Help

Hello,

My In-Laws has 10 years multiple entry visa. They visited us on Dec 2004 and we applied for visa extension on May 2005 before 60 days before I94 expired. This application yet to be approved(till today 11/6/2006) but they left on Aug 2005.

If they has to come to US now, would there be a problem with INS. What can I do to fix this problem.

Shouldn't be a problem. Just ask them to carry the receipt notice of the extension you filed.
