bank statement & letters >>Question

Hi

I need to go to US representing my company for a possible business tie up with a company in US and help them with designing production pipeline.
I have been working in Dubai for 6 years, in 2003 I want to Canada for a year and a half for my higher studies.

My question is :

* Do I need to show my personal bank statement or company bank statement
( company is 9 years old )

* What kind of letters / papers / forms will I need form the US company, my company in Dubai
and my self to show it to the visa officer?
