Visitors visa was rejected for my parents under section 214b. Following questions were asked ...
1. Why are you going to US?
Visit my daughter and SIL
2. How many children do you have?
2 . One in india and one in US
3. Who is living with you here?
My parents, my son and DIL
4. Do you have any properties?
Yes. (He showed the deed of the property)
Once he showed the deed, the officer rejected the visa. Any ideas what he was looking for? My father has a business , supports his parents: thats as compelling as you could get to return back to India...
Any help would be really appreciated ...
