HI

I sponsored a visitor visa for my parents rejected. This is what has happened.

I am the only child to my parents. So when they went for visa, the consulate officer asked them how many kids they have, and they answered one. Inspite of them showing ties back in India their visa was rejected as the officer felt that they might not return back.

Now I am unable to understand what to do. Will they have problem in getting visa at any time in future. Or is there a way for this.

It does not matter whether you apply at Chennai or Hyderabad later.

You should be able to get the death certificate right away. What is the problem?

To solve the confusion, they can I had 2 kids, but one died.
