Question about Documents

Hello All,

I am preparing documentation for the visitors visa for my Parents.

I am planning to send 2 files for mother and 2 files for my father

first file : sponsers Documents
second file: visitors documents

other than these, do I have to send a seperate 2 folders with photo copies of the above files?
Do parents have to carry a set of originals and other set of photocopies??

Please be advised that documents only have secondary importance.
Emphasis is on the answers to the officer's questions and how they are
answered.

But still they must be prepared. No need to take both the originals and the copies. It will only make it cumbersome for your parents to manage the whole thing. Just take the originals; the officer will ask for what he wants, look at it and return it to you.
