telugu appts available in nov/dec..hurrry...good luck

Will it make that much difference if appt is taken in your regional lang. One of my friends parents went to interview yesterday, they had taken the telugu appt long back. They basically dont understand, speak or write english. So when they went to the VO, it seems that there were no translators available at that moment, so the VO called somebody who was speaking telugu in tamil accent. VO dint ask many questions, but finally rejected their visa.
My parents are scheduled for nov 28th in Enclish though. Will it make that much of a difference for the VO if they take it in our lang. My parents will be going for the second time, so will it be any better if the interview is in our lang.
Please advice.
