Today my parents Visa got rejected with 214(b). I think they answered wrongly like

howmnay acre do you have?
Father ans: 5 or 6 and shopping complex etc. I think it shd be one answer like we have 5acres of land and shoping complex...etc anyway they didn't get.

My question is as interviews are available Can I take it again for next coming weeks like last week or 1st week of dec?
Do I ahve to send sponser documents again with latest dates? All my previous odcs dated around 15-20 th of oct.
Please advice.
