Visa Appointment

Hi folks,

I have some questions regarding the Visa Appointment & Interview, which I taken earlier.
I taken the appointment on March 19 in English language, actually I prefer to take in Telugu at that time, Telugu dates are not available.
I taken visa appointment for my parents on same day, but for visa interview there is time gap between two for 15 minutes.
(For my mom – visa interview time is 12:15 pm,
For my dad - visa interview time is 12:30 pm)
My question is, can my parents attend this interview on same day at same time together (even there is different in time) and
Can they request for translator(for Telugu even thou appointment is in English Language), which they are more comfortable.

Any help would be really appreciated...

1. They can attend the interview at the same time. Interviews never happen on time.
