I am planning to bring my parents in january 2007 to US on visitor visa.They have an interview appointment on dec 20.My H1 visa will expire on Feb 16 2007.My company will file for my visa extention.As my visa is valid.Do my parents still need to have renew petion at the time of interview or is it okay if they have my current valid petion.Please reply me as soon as possible
