Establishing relation

Hello All,
I was preparing my documents for visitor visa to US, my sponsor is my neice husband (US Citizen).
(1)Which documents i would need to establish my relation with my neice(GC holder)
(2) I think one of them is my neice Birth Certificate- Is this required in original OR a copy will do?

I assume that niece means your brother's daughter. (There could be other combinations, but let's take one case for example.)

How do you prove who your brother is?
Get the birth certificates of you and your brother that has same parents listed.

How do you prove who the father of your niece is?
Get the birth certificate of your niece that has her father name listed.

How do you prove who is the husband of your niece?
Get your niece's marriage certificate.

[1]. To prove brother relationship- Can i produce my school leaving certificate(my birth cert not available) and a copy of my brothers passport(Indian Resident)

[2]. To prove father of neice-
(a) Can i produce a COPY of my niece birth certificate OR original needed?
(b) Or would a copy of my niece Indian passport do? (Since i think her passport would carry more info like photo, her previous address in India, fathers name, mothers name etc.)
