    Need Suggestions on visitor visa please

    I want to invite my sister and brother-in-law for my graduation. Right now i am in OPT status(F1) working for a major telecom company. what are the chances of getting visa ???? I know many cases where the parents got visa. My sister has two kids studying 5 grdae and 2nd grade. what documents do i supply. Thanks in advance for your help
