D156 DOB entered wrong by mistake.

we have entered the wrong DOB in the D156 form for my mother.

Can you please tell me how can we correct that? We used online to enter the data.

The details in DS156 and DS157 can be changed and saved again. I did this for my Parents Visa when my US address changed after initially taking the appoinment.

I hope this helps.
