Visitor visa for student's parents

Hi Guys,
I am on F-1 and would like to invite my parents for my graduation. I did get invitaion letter from International office at my school. i was wondering what other documents i might need.

1.Send a letter of request written by you , addressed to The Consular, US embassy/consulate, describing your situation(student, graduation) in detail
and requesting that a visa be granted to your parents for a short visit.
Send it to your parents with a copy of your passport and your visa and the
letter from your school. If you have one, send an original birth certificate
with your parents' name on it.(It is not mandatory but some officers ask for it to establish relationship with your parents)

2. Your parents will need to show evidence of their occupation, good income and healthy funds to finance the trip.

3. ALso, Be advised that they will have to show strong ties to India
