Hi,

My father is not doing any business.10 years back he was doing some business.Now he is 67.So he is kind of retired.He has some property.(10 lakhs worth).He doesnt have tax returns.I want to fix the interview.But everyone is saying ..if they didnt show the proper documents, visa will get rejected.
what should i do?I need help....

Thanks for yr reply.I am in H4.Yeah i have one brother and sister in india.I want to apply for my father and mother both of them.

With your father retired and no tax papers or other papers showing strong financial position in India (10 lac property not enough), the chances get slim.

The best strategy here should be ; your mother should apply and travel alone and your husband should send sponsorship papers for her.
Ask for a short stay of 2 months or so. This way your father will act as a family tie for your mother to return.

ANd DO not mention pregnancy if you are
pregnant.


If both of them apply, it will be hard because then they will have no ties
to show in India ( your father is retired). Grown up, independent children are not considered as strong ties.
