can we apply for our parents within 10 months of coming to usa

my husband came to usa on h1 in feb 2005 and i joined him on h4 in april... now we applied for the visitor visa of my parents(my husband is sponsoring them)and they have interview on 14th dec 2005... since its been only 10 months since we came to usa my husband doesn't have w2 forms.. will it be a problem for their visa becos of our short period of stay here...will the vfo doubt abt our financial stabilty??? is it suggestible for them to go for visa or shall we cancel the appointment and postpone it for 4 or 5 months??

If you don't have W2 forms because you didn't work long enough, you don't have to produce them. Produce paystubs instead.

Sponsor being 10 months in the USA is not a problem as long as you can show that you have enough financial resources to take care of their expenses while in the USA.
