Correct time to send documents

Hello Everybody

What is the correct time to send the documents. My moms appoinment is on Dec 14th. I have already taken bank verification letter on Nov 2nd. My friend is leaving to india on nov 18th. I thought of sending all the documents through my friend.
In that case I will be getting my employment verification letter on the 16th november and pay slip till the the last week of october.
Do you think its too early or should I wait for some more time.

You can send it anytime now. It is not too early.

Documents within the past 1-2 months should be good enough.

I personally suggest to send the documents 3-4 weeks in advance so that parents have time to prepare.
