NA in DS-156 & DS -157 forms

Hi
I took online appointment for my parent's visitor visa. Unknowingly we entered "NA" for some of the questions in both the forms.
DS 156 - Entered NA for questions 8,9,14
DS 157 - Entered NA for questions 4,13

I already sent the forms to my parents. Can they stike out 'NA' with a pen and write NONE for the above questions in DS 156 & 157 forms? OR do I need to send them again?

Both my parents are working. In DS 156 form, I gave their office(work) phone number under Business Phone Number. Is this ok?

Let me know as soon as possible. It's urgent....!

My form also has NA at those places. And this is direct output of VFS software, I didn't type NA there.

Please dont strike and make it messy, ask the Vo if u can correct it.. if he/she says yes, then do it infront of them.. also tell them u wanted to make sure if it was okay and only then rewrite it. I have read these incidents before in this site and VO have been co-operative nice during these circumstances. By scratching a lot.. it looks really messy and might upse them then. and as far as i kn ow, within the brackets of some questions in the application itself, says.. 'write NA, if not applicable' .. so i think it should be okay.

My parents showed their DS 156 & 157 forms to the VO but he didn't ask anything about mentioning NA for some of the questions.
So my parents kept quiet and didn't ask the VO if they need to change NA to NONE.
I hope this should be fine.

The online forms clearly display instructions to enter "NA" - why would entering "NA" be a problem?
