10 yrs multiple entry visa

I have a doubt abt 10 yrs multiple entry visa. Can they travel to Canada when they come to USA with a 10 yrs multiple entry visa. What does it mean exactly?

Yes, they can travel to Canada and come back to USA.

But they required Canadian Visitor Visa as well.
