My in-laws attended for visitor's visa on Nov 17, 2006 and got rejected. We sent all the required paper work. They never looked into the paper work I sent from here. But they checked my father-in-law's employment letter and leave sanction letter. My father-in-law works for state government (Anti Corruption Bureau) and Immigration Officer asked him about his type of job and everything. After checking everything the IO said, "I'm sorry you are not eligible". We are very disappointed. And we are planning to apply again. I have the following questions. Can I apply within a month again? Is it better to apply only for my mother-in-law first and they apply for my father-in-law.
You advise is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
