applying Visitor visa again within 5 months gap.

I want to bring my parents here to help me for 6 months in 2007. And I want to bring them again 5-6 months after they left US. If they don't get multiple entry visa first time, then when they apply for Visa again 2nd time, would they get rejected because they just visited US only 5 months ago?

anybody, pls. help me with my question
