Sponsor yrly bank balance less than 5k !!

Please review sponsor's status below and lemme know your suggestions:

1. Salary $40k/yr
2. Avg bank balance last 2 months ~$7k &9k
3. Previous months $1-3k
4. No other desposits/ stocks/ Insurance/ Bonds-None
5. have a house of worth ~320k, purchased before 3months
6. H-1

Since my avg bank balance for 6months & 1yr falls below 5k...Do I see a trouble?

The affidavit of support form, only asks for
1. Date account opened
2. Total amount deposited for the past year
3. Present balance

So, Can I skip the yearly balance and show last 2 statements??
