Question on Visa Application Fee- Urgent Plz help

Hi
My parents have a appt on 27 Nov. I have taken an appt in August and paid an application fee - DD of Rs4800. Will the fee changes afftect me - made as 4600. I did read about this and wanted to confirm again.
Any replies will be helpful
