Delayed Entry to US

Hi
My aunty got Multiple Entry Visa for 10 years in November and I want her to come in March..so Can she travel at a later date other than mentioned in DS-156 form?
Is there any chance of Visa getting cancelled if she travels in March instead of December?? On immihelp site they say that she can travel anytime but recently have they changed this rule??

NO such requirement, as long as the stamp remains valid on that date.

People often confuse the requirement for H1 visas and other employment visas with B1.
