Visa Issuance Fee in Chennai?

I would like to confirm if applicant should carry cash for Visa Issuance Fee
at the time of interview. Or whatever we paid at HDFC is all they need.

BTW, applicant has to sign DS-156 before the interviewer?

www.immihelp.com says it's waived for indians now but I am just would like to make sure as my mom is going for interview next week.

Visa issuance fee is not required any more for Indians. We post something only if it is genuine and confirmed.

Applicant does not have to sign DS-156 in front of the interviewer. Sign in advance.
