question on cancelling/re-scheduling a visa appointment

Hi,

According to Chennai consulate website "You can reschedule or cancel an appointment online up to 2 working days before the date of interview "

Suppose I have an interview on Dec 4th (Monday). Does the above mean the last day to cancel/re-schedule the appointment is Nov 29 (Wednesday) or is it Nov 30(Thursday).

Any help on this will be appreciated.
