Brother's Visitor Visa Rejected

Hi

My brother and his business partner had applied for visitor visa and they had an interview yesterday 26-11-06 and my brother;s application is rejected but his partner;s passport is being kept.Sponsorship was sent by his partner;s cousin.They have just asked my brother about his income and family .
Guys what could be the refusal reason for him.
Second can he reapply by nextweek with showing more property etc stuff should he get sponsor letter from different person like from our Uncle ( our mom's cousin) SHOULD HE REAPPLY WITH WIFE AND KIDS WHAT U GUYS THINK OF CHANCE GETTING A VISA WITH FAMILY OR BYHIMSELF
My brother thinks that he did not show his full income but howcome his partner got visa they had same income on the application.My brother is president of ENG.college ( They both own the college is worth 34 crores rs)

Please help me as i live in Canada and would be sponsoring them to canada too only after he gets usa visa now i am scared canadian embassy might say nooo toooooooo

1.Was he denied under sec 214b or 221g?

2. Please post his interview in Q and A form so the reason for denial can be analysed and corrected in the next interview.

3. Did the person sending the sponsorship papers send an affidavit of support (I-134) also? Did he send it for both of them?

4. What was the purpose of visit and what is the relationship of the trip to the person sponsoring?

5. How much income did he show?

You have not given me full info so I cannot advise you properly.

Both the partners should not have applied together.
One partner should have applied after the other one travelled to US.
This seems unnatural for two partners to go for a casual visit, leaving their business behind. Usually people go with their family for a casual visit, not business partners. So the officer denied your brother because he was not related to the inviting person.

To advise you properly,
please tell me why does he really want to go, as a tourist or related to his business? What was the purpose given on the last interview?

they have been to uk ogether
should he reapply this week
can he use same invitation letter to reapply
or should he get invitation letter from my uncle ( my mother's cousin)
shoul he reapply with family ( wife and kids)
i think my brother told them the value of the business more but income less but then other got approoved
i am confuse he does not speak english may be this is the reason

I strongly think he should let his partner go alone and plan his travel independently. Does he have to go to US or canada trip is more important?
Also, can he wait or do you want him in canada quickly? Because if he can wait for a few months, chances will be better.

Help for brother getting Visitor Visa to Canada

Hi, I will deeply appreciate your help and advice regarding this:
I would like to invite my brother in Canada for 1-2 months. I recently got PR in April 2007, so I would like to know what are his chances to get tourist visa. I will be sponsoring his visit and have 16K funds available but I haven't joined any job yet.

She has been rejected 4 times and I am not sure if we should reapply.
