Will Bluedart courier deliver passport on Saturdays?

Did anyone receive passport by bluedart courier on a Saturday?

My MIL's visa was approved recently at Chennai consulate and the bluedart website says 'expected passport delivery on 1-Dec-06', but on the 1st December we didn't receive the passport. I was wondering if we should expect it tomorrow which is a saturday or if it will not be delivered until Monday. Not sure if Bluedart works on a saturday or not. Any one who received passports on a saturday, could you please reply back. Thank you.

How can you check the status of the passport delivery on Blue dart website. How did you get the tracking number. The VFS website just told me :

Your passport has been handed over to Blue Dart for delivery on 01/12/2006.

Will this be updated with the tracking number?

Never Mind

I found out...we need to use passport as reference #. For my parents # it shows its in transit and expected date of delivery is Dec 4th
