  • I-134 for in-laws, already sent I-134 for my parents

    Hi,

I am planning to bring my in-laws for a visit in 2007. My parents had applied for the visa in Sep 2006 and my Mom got the visa.My father's visa was put under administrative processing. We are still waiting for the security clearance. Now at the end of November i became dad. i want to send sponsorship for my in-laws so that they can come here for a visit. Now in the form I-134 should i mention my new born daughter name and age?
Also the form says, have you submitted affidavit for any other person?
Since i submitted affidavit for my parents, should i mention their names?
Basically i dont want to give them wrong information. My mom will be leaving for India by end of March 2007. My in-laws plan to come to US in July 2007. So is it Ok that they should attend their interview in Jan 2007?
If my in-laws say that they plan to go to US in Feb 2007, but at that time my parents will already be here in US.
If someone had come across such a situation, please let me know.
I definately need some guidance in this regards.

    Regards,
