both dauthers in us--trouble for visa??

myself and my sister both r in usa on h4... my husband is inviting my parents now... i have heard lot of times tht having both daughters in usa reduces the chances of visa approval... how do my parents assure to vo tht they r gonne come back?? they r coming purly for visiting not even for the pregnancy of mine or my sister... infact my sister got a baby girl in dec 2005 and till now they haven't seen her. they r coming mainly to see her.... can neone suggest how to deal with vo to convince them tht they r gonna come back?????
