I am happy to share that my parents attended their visa interview at Chennai on the 2nd. They got 10 year multiple entry visa.
we had prepared all the documents possible like,
1.My husband's(sponsor) - work permit, passport, bank statement,emp letter, I - 134(one for mom n dad) and invitation letter
2.my docs - work permit, passport, bank statement,emp letter, birth certificate, marriage certificate and photos
3.My dad's- property, bank statement, letter to consulate, birth certificate and marriage certificate
4.my mother's-NOC from her employer, bank statement,salary slip,my sister's bonafide from college and photos
Here are the questions.
1.Greetings from the officer
2.Where is your daughter stay in USA?
3.Can i see her documents(she didn't mention what and my parents gave my emplyment letter, visa and passport copies)?
4.Where does your Son-in-Law work?
5.when did you retire(dad is retired)?
6.How do you manage?
7.Do you have a second daughter?
8.Does she stay with you?
9.Who will take care of her when you go to USA?
10.When are you planning to go to USA?
All the questions were asked to my dad.
Thats it and their visa was granted.
I had sent my emplyment letter and two I - 134, one for my mom and one for my dad, after consulting from Forum members.
