Parents Visa rejected second time

Hi All,

My parent's visa got rejected second time in a row from Mumbai Consulate. First time, as I had mentioned earlier, the reason they sited was that my parents have insufficient funds in their savings account. This time they did not touch a single supporting document in the first case. The officer looked at the passports first and said "As your visa plea was rejected last time, I am rejecting it this time as well". Saying this he called the next person in the line. The officer was not ready to listen to a single word from my parents. This is really very ridiculous, isn't it?

This situation is very much similar to that of "Don" movie (old).... as if kill a person and say "Mujhe tumhare jutay pasand nahi aaye".

This happens only at the Mumbai Consulate.

I 'm in the same boat . I agree with you, this happens only at Mumbai. My parents visa also got rejected twice for no reason

My mother get rejected 5 times in last 4 years. Is there any solution to this.

As she is widow that doesnt mean that she is not coming back and not

looking at any document and all the time get rejection .Did any body know solution for this even if we showing sufficient fund and proper document.

Can any one help on this how to handle this situation ?
