My sister and family got 10 yrs US VISA 2 weeks ago. Initially they were planning to come in April 2007. But then decided to come in April 2008 since their daugher is going to finish her final year in College. My question is that Is it going to be a problem for my sister and her family to enter in April 2008 since they are coming to US almost One year after getting the US VISA...
