Hello All,
My mom has an appointment on feb 21 2007 for visitor visa. She is planning to come by the end of april. I am on H1 and iam sponsoring her. My H1 is going to expire on june 2007.
Is this a problem for her visa approval?
Should i ask my employer to write me a letter that I am in the process of applying for H-1 extension.?
My mom is a Govt employee, but she does not have much in her savings, but she has other properties worth of 30 lakhs. Is it OK?
