? on visitor visa

Hi,
I have a distant aunt who is in India and wants to come here and help me with my kids. Can i just apply for her visa as tourist - and what relation should i enter (she is a distant aunt not with much bank balance etc)

IF (i know its not gonna be easy) - she gets the visa, if i apply for extesion and gets rejected or overstays , would that impact my parents or inlaws 10yr M entry visas ?

Relation: aunt/actual relationship
