H1 transfer in process - what to submit as a sponsor

Hi,

Recently I changed job so my H1B transfer is in process. My in law's visa interview is on next month and I need to send the sponsoring documents which includes H1B papers. As, my new H1B papers will not arrive by that time can I send the previous H1B papers? How to handle this? How important is to submit only current H1b papres? Should i go for premium processing of my H1? Or just explaning at the interview that the new papers are on it's way will do. Please suggest.

Just submit the proof of your current legal status in the US.
