Hi everybody,
My mother is a widow.I am the only child in US.My husband is sponsoring her,interview is in native language.My elder sister is in UK and I have another younger sister who is studying in india.She is now going for her second interview,chennai consulate,first was rejected in 2005(I had sponsored her and interview was in english).
1.Kindly help me with anything you guys suggest to improve her chances.
2.She is a member of a charitable society here and is very active in its activities.Will that help?
3.Does my mom need to prepare an affidavit even if my husband is sponsoring her?
4.Does the birth certificate have to be an original...mine or my husbands?
